Each bouquets contains 1 x 30cm confetti filled balloon and 4 x plain balloons in your choice of colours.  All balloons are filled with helium, ribbons are attached and tied to one weight.  Hifloat is added to make the balloons float for several days.

You can choose to have the set for table height or floor height.
