Premium quality clear latex balloon filled with metallic foil confetti.  Hifloat is added to make the confetti stick all over and will therefore not drop down.  Will float for approx 1-2 week.

Simply choose the size of the balloon you would like and then advise the colour of confetti required and we will do the rest!
